Do You Lift After Doing Jujitsu?

Do you practice on separate days or do you try to stack it on the same days? Like how does that work? Yeah, yeah. That's that's a personal preference thing. I me personally, I prefer to lift on the same day that I roll. So then if you're doing jujitsu every day, you don't have a choice, right? It's five days a week. But if you let's say you go to classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and you want to train three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, that's that makes sense too.
