The US Navy's Shipbuilding Capacity Is Evaporating to the Point That China's Is 200 Times More Capable

The US Navy's once formidable shipbuilding capacity is alarmingly dwindled to the point that China's shipbuilding is 200 times more capable than ours per recent ONI assessment. Just as bad the US Navy's repair capacity is equally evaporated. You like shipyards and skilled workers, but Scott, the Spartan cause. Why? Because, um, uh, guys with racist guys that work outside in the heat, uh, welding are the people that build ships!
