The Dangers of Panic Clinging

If you were in charge of Silicon Valley Bank right now, you'd be like, we've had a catastrophic situation. We just would be gay. That would be a situation where you say, yep, this is a catastrophic situations. But even that, I'm assuming if you said it the way you just said it, that's technically not panic language. You're just stating kind of a fact. So he might not have even recognized it was catastrophic.
