What Are Your Options for Transitioning Careers?

Most people go through their college major, and they really have no idea what it's going to be like to work the job that they're working towards. So i'm curious, before mission collaborative, if somebody was looking to transition careers, what were their options? That's a really good question. I think by by creating structure, by creating a time line and enforcing accountability, we're able to help people work through these questions.
