The Importance of User Agreements

I think user agreements are fundamentally unfriendly to most users. I would love if we actually had some sort of regulation that stipulates the simple bullet points in a user agreement. If somebody wants to run for office on the platform of let's reduce a EULA to five bullet points, it has to be at a fifth grade reading level. We can hyperlink the legales later.
