How to Recognize When You're Not in a Dream
With lucid dreaming, you're training yourself to recognize when you're in a dream. And that takes the tw man things that i did, or explained in the book. The first one is, during the day to ask yourself, am i in a dream right now or not? That sounds stupid, but it's not. By doing this you'r tri himself to notice these things. and that's what happened to me when i managed to wake up. Finally, i had this moment saying like, wait a minute. This thing that's happening that could not happen in reality. So i'm in a dream,. so that's the process.
