Is It Good or Bad?

i don't think being exposed to bright light in the days coing ever be bad. I would suggest that personally, that's is i use wel especially not designed for circating and setting. But i have a 930 lucks light pad that i bought, and i bought it they're very afordable,. compared to the a dawn simulating lightchart, which are quite expensive... And soi just basically, when i wake up in the morning, i use that until the sun comes out, and then i make sure, once sun is out, i go outside. The more you get expose to bright likt the sleepier you feel in the afternoon, which is counter intuitive
