The SEC's Hypothetical Road to Redeeming Capital Formation
The SEC is an outlier here in that they've failed at basically all of their goals in this space. They completely fail to enforce against people who are clearly doing business in the U.S. And then on top of that, you're screwing up capital formation. The simple one is like, guys, just engage in rulemaking and publish some rules.
