i'm looking at events and wondering, is europe's role as a major force in geo politics over has hesputon effectively either driven a wedge between europe and the us. Or at least revealed these cracks that he is exploiting. But one way the other is the net out that, in to be a little glib, that europe just doesn't matter any more, at least in terms of helping to advance us. I mean, t e european union, to your point, its dependence on russian natural gas accounted for something like forty, just just north of 40 % of the us. Total gas imports in 20 20 so xtraordinary.
