The effects of high volume and high intensity aerobic exercise repeated over a long periods of time for sport, likely in part some increased risk of arrhythmias. Can't accumulate 4000 hours of exercise if you haven't trained that many hours, if you don't get old. No real data showing an increased risk of AFib from resistance training but those who attain a higher cardiac risk for fitness level from resistance training tend to show a decreased risk.
