Is Lucky Charms Healthy Than Eggs?

Sugar Research Foundation paid off a bunch of researchers that published, like from what I can recall a seminal paper. It basically took the blame off of sugar and it placed the blame for the cardiovascular disease epidemic at the time on fat. And so that led to this whole, like influx of like ultra processed low fat and fat free foods on the market. That study, that Harvard study, bought and paid for by sugar, I think has millions of deaths and blood on that study.
