How to Fix a Time Zone Conversion Problem

i don't know what was wrong i've been running and i've pulled in a few of my friends you know reluctantly to say like hey can you just look at this sample from you know console. There seems to be some java ish library that has to do with time zone conversions and there's something involving ics which i'm giving to believe is a calendar thing and so but what do i do to fix that?
