Wales' First Draft of a Plan Delivers on the Five Key Ways of Working

Wales has already got very strong legislation in place about its climate activity, the Welsh government. And it is publishing in three days time, its first draft of a plan in terms of how it delivers on that. The really important change in this is rather than publishing a plan on which it's done a limited consultation – the Climate Minister is very clear. So it's a new way of working and that new way of worked delivers on the five key ways of working enshrined in law. All public services in Wales have to be preventative, must think long-term, must integrate the outcomes or collaborate with people in achieving those outcomes.
