Humans admit an immense quantity of arose pollution to the lower atmosphere. And that actually has huge human consequences. One way to do it is a medium sized fleet of airplanes that fly high and deliver sulphur dioxide. To get a degree of cooling, very roughly, would take a fleet of something of order of a hundred aircraft.
