Is Google Creating the Content in a Terrorism Case?
I would expect Google maybe to get some hard questions about okay, at what point are you no longer acting as a publisher, but you are creating the content. So I think there will be some questions there and we could end up with a bad precedent that doesn't really take aim at this case,. But yeah, I mean, all of the drama, the thing to watch as we go through our argument is to what degree to justices do they want to use this case as a vehicle to tackle other section 230 issues?
