When i think about some of the flow strategies you've mentioned, two categories sort of come to mind for me. There's one where a counter party might be a party with non profit motives and it almost seems like an adverse selection problem for those style of trades. And then there's another that maybe does have profit motives in mind, like a corporation doing a byback or issuing shares.
