As long as you're not rude, it's okay to alert someone to a schedule that you have already signed up for. You could say, hi there, excuse me. It's 1102 and I have the pool reserved for 11. And if something else happens where someone says, sorry, I'm going to finish off my laps, then you can go get a staff member. But again, we're in this position where the staff members aren't helping.
