Public Housing in New York City

Public housing obviously very important. Must spend a couple of minutes on that, but basically a plan has emerged under which the entire universe of units will kind of be spoken for in a few different ways. Some meral candidates have taken issue with whether they represent privatization. Do you feel as though new york city can get public housing on the right track without using elements like rad and packed and the blue print is there?
