How to Be a Highly Productive Working Healthy Team

The first thing I realized is, hey, I just needed to have a ministry of presence. And my office is right there in the middle of everything and left the door open and was available for whomever. And then also started setting up for those direct reports I had weekly one-on-one meetings where I could get into know people. It's not an Ancillary program here. This is very, very core to who we are as a church. That is basically a community would be our small groups ministry.
