Do You Have Any Experience in Advancing Foreign Governments?

I've known you for several decades and I know you worked on the money laundering legislation in the 80s and 90s, obviously the Patriot Act. You have a lot of experience in crafting what policymakers want, but making it rational. So when you get asked to advise outside foreign governments, what typically are they looking for? Are they looking for you to help them create a statute at a whole cloth to improve upon what they've used or to get some third party with fresh eyes to make a determination? "It varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction"
