From 2005 on outside of that blip in 7 and 8, we had this massive bull run, we had excess everywhere. And then with excess and people not knowing how to do the jobs, they become the norm. So I think you're entirely correct. But I also think that we're well past the point where we should have understood that 100 people with 15 people leaders inside the organization is not a well balanced organization. That is not what we should have been for quite some time.
