"Beyond happiness" is a book about the scientific principles of happiness in the work place through delivering happiness. It was originally written as an outline to show how different organizations, industry, geography, being able to implement it. But then "covid," rocession and social unrest all played into its creation. The author says she wanted to explore what happiness means within ourselves.
