The Benefits of Duck Typing

It's easy to underestimate just how much strong typing can actually hold us back in some cases, because we start thinking about what a thing is rather than what it can do. Python's take is I really don't care what it is, as long as I can interact with it according to a particular kind of set of assumptions.
