Is There a Vascular Amaloidosis or Cleroderma?

The patient had several of hiris features and getting sicker from ricardio miopathy. The primary eteology was still felt to be scleroderma. There was no evidence of amaloid within the intersticium itself, which is highly unusual for a patient that has cardia amalidoses.
