Google's Anti-Competitive Conduct

Starting from 2008, Google adopted a strategy in European markets that relied on its dominance in general internet search rather than fair competition. The DOJ's suit focuses specifically on what it alleges are exclusionary contracts that Google made with different manufacturers. Texas is saying that Google saw that Facebook was going to make a competitive ad exchange and to head off that competition, entered an anti-competitive agreement with Facebook.
