Is There a Point Where You Get Deminishing Returns?

i love writing between like seven a, like seven a m and like 11. I find that i usually start falling offround like three. The middle of the day is possible, but difficult. But i feel like diminishing returns only happen when you're onlike the final you is in me, not royal you. Are on when i'm unlike the final draft of something. And then usualy it's from like nine till like, probably two in the morning. That's like my two blocks of time.
