Ayurveda - The Importance of Body Types in Exercise
According to Ayurveda, it's good to do some exercise or some physical activity early in the morning. The second best time of day is the late afternoon or the very early evening. What we don't want to do is try not to be exercising at lunchtime too much. We're always trying to create balance and homeostasis in the body.
