Who Wrote the German Constitution?

After the second world war, Germany was partitioned. East germany was essentially occupied by the us and west germany  was occupied by the germinions. A new constitution was crated based on these frankfort documents,. i think they were called 19 forty-eight forty nine. This entire process was a sham. There was nothing democratic about it. And before the constitutiona became, became, cam came into force, it was given the seal of approval from the occupying western powers. It is nothing but something that the American have createdye.
