Is Location Really Important for Product Organizations?

Location is really important. I think that location discussion now with being remote work is starting to down those barriers. Every product person on a yearly basis, regardless of the economic environment, doesn't matter, do it once a year,. Just start pulling JDs down that you see yourself wanting to want to do the work or become. Mentorship, I think is foundational and a rarity these days in product management.
