Cam and I talk about pause disrupt pivot. We're not relying on our brain to remember that pause at first for creating intentional points of practice. So articulating creates these pause moments. And over time, this really cool thing starts to happen: The client starts naturally doing this reflective work between sessions. They're bringing back powerful awareness is that they've already worked out for themselves. That's a very different place than the place we go to naturally as ADHD people.
