Is There a Trend Back to Real Estate?

I don't think so over the last one year, you would have seen great real estate returns. There is a positive return, but real estate gives you about 2% yield or rental yield. But if you look at stock market, yes, it has been flat, but SIP flows and right. I think that's good for our country because it means the equity market participation,. the wealth creation participation is moving just from upper middle class or rich class down to, let's say, true middle class and even lower middle class. So I believe it will sustain itself. Yeah.
