Fox Holds Liable for the Actual Statements of Its Own Hosts
Lou Dobbs is a problem man in that case. Unquestionably, but I think what's odd is on a summary judgment. In theory, the pure guest statements would have been thrown out. And you would have just kept the host statements to move forward to trial. But that's not what happened here. None of the statements got thrown out.
