Mike Downey: My book on the rebalancing trade conflict was published in 2014. I argued back then that over the next 10, 15 years we were going to see this reversal of globalization with all of the things that that implied. He says when income inequality levels are extremely high you start to get anti-globalization movement. But he argues there's a genuine reason for this opposition to this globalized system and it will last at least another decade.
