Is Terrorism a Tactic or an Ideology?
In your section on mas, the islamis terrorist organization that controls gaza, ouwrite, and i quote, terrorism is a tactic rather than an ideology. That was a surprising statement to me, since, among many other scholars, michael walser, one of america's foremost political thinkers, disagrees. He notes that, notwithstanding that these groups provide social benefits, terrorists in general are aletists who claim to be acting on behalf of the people, but they don't bring the people along. We've seen over and over again in history, recent history, that when it happens that terrorist do get power and govern, they become very harsh authoritarian leaders.
