There's different chronotypes it's another thing that isn't more commonly known or that nobody cares about in society they force everybody to you know have the early to early to wake and early to bed schedule. I kind of wish that would happen to me I have to use alarms still if I want to get up at any reliable time my body still wants to stay up until like five a.m. and then sleep till noon or one. If you're staying up that delay though then you know that wake up time makes sense.
