The Importance of Alignment in Circadian Biology

People underestimate how important it is to ensure that there's alignment between our endogenous preferences and what is happening in our daily life. If you're chronically misaligned, this is going to wreak havoc on your system. The active phase of the circadian timing for a non-nauturnal mammal such as humans would be eating, exercising, also probably mental activity – yeah, yeah. We're going to be way more primed to focus during the active phase of our circadian rhythm.
