The Importance of Agreement in Confederation
Usually what happens when denominations do like a merger um is that it ends up just conforming to the beliefs of one denomination. As a Presbyterian I understand why Lutherans don't want to unite with Presbyterians because of the history. There's a distinction between a church and a parrot church ministry so things like gospel coalition ligonier they're not churches and so they don't have an ecumenical dialogue.
