Sonskas: dugan isn't just some random crank. He is a guy who was starting in the late nineties, had very close connections to people pretty high up in the cremlin hierarchy. And he wrote a book where he talks about what a danger sovereign krane is - and there's all this other stuff about the eternal conflict between eurasia and atlanticsts civilization. So i'm not really quite sure the word charlatan applies. I mean, i would say he's a charlatan, but i think he may actually make believe his own speal.
