The Current State of Play With Nomenclature

I'm working on a video which may or may not be out either just before or just after this podcast comes out, but I am mentioning self-driving cars in the video. What's the current state of play with nomenclature? I've seen autos popping up a little bit lightly, but Oh, have you? I have not seen that. Here's a question then. In one of your videos, would you use the term free booting for copyright infringement and uploading unauthorized media? I'd obviously use bootjacking.
