The Strength of the Business Fraud Charges
The charges are simply ink on a sheet that the prosecutor was able to show to a grand jury and obtain an indictment by probable cause for that. We'll get more clarity to the strength of the prosecution's case in the days and weeks ahead through a process known as discovery. And that's when the prosecutor has to name witnesses and provide evidence over to Trump's defense counsel.
