I think I had a different sense of myself as a woman in the workplace more than anything else through presenting today. The program had taken a lot of flack from 80% of the contributors being men at one point, where the Guardian counted up the voices back in 2011. So I think it was really the woman aspect of my identity that I became more conscious of than ever before at that point in time. And what's on the periphery has to fall by the wayside? Do you get racist abuse? On occasion, on occasion I have, and there are times that I've reported people.
