Kevin Trudeau's trial lasted a week in November 2013. He was found guilty of criminal contempt for repeated violations of the 2004 final order as well as subsequent orders and plea deals. The jury sided with the government. Kevin Trudeau said his four months in jail were awful. But it was also quote, one of the best, most positive things in my life.
