O is a weird question, but do you have any insight on how to know what to change? I'm thinking about all the people who they move cities to be happier, and then realize that their relationship was actually the cause of their unhappiness. There's no crystal ball that i know of that we can look into to figure out, like, what should be our top priority for change. And it's going to be different for every idual.
