Renting a Beach House

Renting out your own home is a little bit of outside the box thinking. Some people are vehemently against renting out their own house, and that's totally fine. But other people are thinking, ha, this might work. Like, this'll pay my mortgage when i'm away. Or maybe this'll even make pay my mortgage and make me money. So those are some of the tings you want to consider if you should do it or not. For us at the beach, the high season is june, july, august. And so for us, we can make the most during that time, and we don't mind being away.
