Is There Any Dentism in Sub Carpaphia?

Treaty of trionon essentially ripped hungary to pieces. 100 and 50 thousand or so hungarians are in sub carpathia, in ukrane rather than in hungary. Is there any dentism in sub carpaphia? I couldn't talk to that particularer point very confidently,. But there is some iridentism in hungarian society.
