What DeSantis Wants to Get Through Florida's Legislative Session

DeSantis wants to eliminate diversity in equity programs at state colleges, expand school vouchers and allow death sentences without a unanimous jury. Florida currently has a 15 week abortion ban that has exceptions for life or serious injury, but not for sexual assault or incest. Only 14% of Americans want looser gun laws; most Republicans don't. DeSantis is aware of how bad the politics on this are.
