How to Choose a Women's Speaker

I imagine there are a lot of people and women listening to this podcast who wonder how in the world do they choose people for that. I think one thing is how she feels about it, that she loves God's word and that she wants to accurately get the context right. So we're looking for women who don't just know a lot about one topic, but they love God's word  and use that to apply it to whatever topic they're teaching on.
