What Hasn't Changed in Youth Basketball?

I think the job is a lot different than it was ten years ago when i came here before, because the players are different. There's got to be a a levelof work for you roster. Veteran teams are different than younger teams,. ok, how do you get to work? It gets back to what youe say. That's where the relationship building, have incredibility with your group a making good decisions so that you're working at a rate where everybody can make progress. One thing that hasn't changed is we may not practise as much any more, as long but we play well.
