The m s m just absolutely central to almost all conspiracy movements, at least since two thousand 15. The committee is a made up of government officials, military and journalists. And if and when they decide there is a story where publishing that story heavily would be in the national interest, the committee decides to put out a voluntary notice called an "d s m" It's not only a self reproducing system, it's also a self obfis obfiscating system. There are so many layers of ike previous creation that are it obfiscates.
