Is There a Better Way?

If there is truly a procedure that you have in your firm that doesn't do anything, it's just a level of micro management that's unnecessary. And get rid of it. We don't need to make extra work for the sake of making extra work. I love doing new things. That's what res one of things at brings me joy a, but it absolutely ont it stresses are won out.
